ANDY HEATH
I got my first taste of Fitness when my Mum (My motivator, who was a Professional Swimmer) thrust me into the pool and off we went swimming lengths! Fitness was definitely set firm in my mindset from an early age. At 15 years old I developed a passion for Basketball, and off I went from the early hours before school, in dinner breaks and then after school practicing and practicing and getting fitter.
I then played my first Professional Game in Oldham, Manchester and started the fittest journey I'd been on, what a ride that was! After my journey in Basketball I went on the Financial Services route, working all over the world literally from Dubai, to Baku in Azerbaijan, another awesome journey.
TRAIN WITH ANDY
After having fitness at the forefront of my life, the corporate world was rather different and figures and money seemed to take over. I soared to over 138 kilos at 6'2! I needed to change and fast so I decided to study to become a Personal Trainer and make the changes I needed to my life. Within 11 months I was down to 91 kilos, running 5k every day at 4 am, and regularly hitting the gym 6 days a week (which I still do today).
I have consistently added to my experience with International Qualifications as a Master PT, Qualified Diet & Nutritionist, Macebell Kettlebell and Clubbell Instructor, qualified Bootcamp, Circuit, TRX and Battle Rope Instructor.
At age 48 I continue to lead from the front for my clients sharing my "Want to - Will Do - Can Do" attitude. I am true believer in being able to do what I teach and lead where I go. My passion in this industry are my "Clients Goals" and I am living proof that age is no factor. If you want something bad enough I will work with you to make sure you achieve it.
